Do staff have to use their own phone?
No. Kiosk mode on a shared tablet, or a QR code at the door, covers everyone who does not want to — or should not have to — use a personal device.
Does it track location all the time?
No. Location is read only at the moment of a clock-in or clock-out, to confirm the punch happened on site. See the privacy policy.
Is the app extra?
No. It is included on every plan, including the free one.
What if someone loses their phone?
Sign that phone out from the list of signed-in devices in your account, then change your password. With two-factor sign-in on, nobody can get back in without your second factor.
